Forever 21 in Hong Kong

Forever 21 is going to open in Hong Kong next year. Without copying their competitor H&M, the 5 story flagship store is going to be located at the Jardine's Bazaar (across MTR exit F, currently a Giordano store) in Causeway Bay.

Personally, I think they will be successful here and won't end up with a story like Sephora and Krispy Kreme. Mostly because H&M gives a great example of how much Cantos welcome 'cheap fashion'. However, whether Forever 21 will be able to expand as well as their competitor, that will be left at question.
I do know that Forever 21 moved its way to Singapore for a while already, and it's quite popular there. But, I also know that there is a bunch of Singaporeans that would fly up here to Hong Kong for H&M. Either way, cheap clothes for me makes me happy.

What do you think??

  6. I don't want forever 21 to come to hong kong! this is what i looked forward to when i go back to the states. cheap clothes that look amazing which no one else has! everyone pretty much has the same clothes in hong kong, with h&m, zara, cotton on ETC. (all the big brands) and by bringing forever 21 in everyone AGAIN will be wearing the same clothes.

  8. I AM GLAD THEY'RE OPENING ONE... anon, firstly sooner or later the prices going from hong kong to the states are going to be rising up so badly, you won't even be able to go back. second, hong kong clothes are expensive. so i don't really give a shhh FOREVER 21 COME TO ME BABY.

  9. @JOJO....
no worries about F21 coming to HK! Yes everyone can buy the same outfit, but don't you know that Hong Kong girl's figure is relatively not so normal to the rest of the world? Either too skinny or too short and with extreme slanted shoulders. So even with the same shirt on, it can be a big contrast. Hence, you can still look great. I thought it's quite natural for females to have boobs and butt, but dunno why HK girls are just different, it concave IN instead of OUT.
